Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 5 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to viveefashions.com shipping fees are not refundable.

At viveefahions we carefully inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: formal gown, bridal, bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, bag, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:
Step 1: Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached

Step 2: Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can’t send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.

Step 3: The “Reason for Return” should be included. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
We’ll email you once we process your return or exchange.

Please Note: We strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label.
